That's what I want to check, if it's a Mac issue, or, somehow, a general translation issue.
I've just opened the loc21 Intel X11 Vietnamese build I downloaded from Maho's site, and it's better, but still confusing. It _does_ have the "Chart" menu item and insert > Chart dialogue fully translated, thank Heavens, but it still has the "Sheet" tabs untranslated.
I can't imagine what would cause this difference between builds. I have been steadily updating our main translation file at the location we specified in the 2.3 submission issue, but as I said, we have had the entire interface translated since 2.1.
It's very odd.(And we're at our download quota, so I have to be careful about downloading for the next couple of days. I've already downloaded four OpenOffice.org builds in a few days, two Windows builds to zip and put up on a local site for users who aren't allowed to download bare .exes, and two Mac builds. They're such big files. :S )
