Sure, provide a patch is two minutes, indeed. But the bottleneck are
QA and code integration process : just discouraging people to provide
code.
More time goes, less this is easy to provide code for OpenOffice.org
project.
Exactly the opposite of what it should be. Thus, I fully understand
Shaun point of view.
