Russ,
     No luck. I tried this earlier (and again after this e-mail). As soon as
I reboot and reopen Safari, I get http://www.apple.com/startpage/ as a
homepage. I cannot find a way out of it.
     I really love Apple but I really don't need to see this page every time
I open Safari. It's starting to feel like a forced marketing scheme! Maybe
I'll have to go to Firefox or something.
