Folks, I need some advise. I purchased a program that then locked up the computer and I couldn't start not only that program but also Quicken, the icon would bounce in the dock forever, force quit nor anything else was available, I had to hold down the off/on button. I didn't try other programs for I knew I had a problem.
I could only cure this by using Disk Warrior and replacing the directory. Now the firm is trying to troubleshoot the problem and they have ask me to send the "Crash Log". I will do so, but first I wanted the input of the gurus out there to let me know if I would be sending them any info. that they shouldn't have from my machine.
