Anne, you want to click print only in the pulldown menu under file, then you get the print window and if you have your addressbook open and highlighted the list you want printed ( all, or macaddicts, medical etc) then you want to click (preview to see what it looks like) and "save as pdf" and then you save it on the desktop or wherever.
