OK, Making progress. I copied Ilaro's CRAMPS.lineardelta.ini and .hal files, and got errors relating to gcodes. I looked further, and see a subdirectory of ilaro's called "delta" with a bunch of .ngc files with g and m code id's as their names. When I opened a few, they look like subroutines for various gcode.
I copied the Delta folder to my config folder, and now it is working. Machinekit opens, and things are moving. Now I have to get dimensions and endstops and directions entered properly. Yay!
