Networkers: I got the LocalTalk Bridge CP as was suggested by Amber:
> Hi Rob, > > Apple's Localtalk Bridge control panel can take care of this for you. > > <http://kbase.info.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/kbase.woa/32/wa/query?search >Mode=Expert& >type=id&val=KC.60290> But it doesn't appear to do the trick. I have ethernet selected in the AppleTalk CP, and the LocalTalk Bridge turned on, and set to "Public". It is loading on startup as I see its icon on the bottom of the screen. I have two serial printers and a DuoDock hooked up to a PhoneNet network, plugged into the printer port of my Quadra 950 (the server). When I go to the chooser and select one of the printers, it doesn't show up in the window on the right side of the chooser dialog. So the 950 isn't "seeing" the printers. I don't seem to be any further ahead than I was before. I want to be able to use my printers on AppleTalk and share files from the 950 to the 7100 via the LAN/ethernet. Any suggestions?
