Almost but not quite. EtherTalk is an implementation of Appletalk over a
physical ethernet network (10BaseT, et al). TCP/IP is a separate protocol
suite. It, like Appletalk, will also run over ethernet. Localtalk and
EtherTalk are both describing physical implementations of Appletalk; TCP/IP
is something totally separate.
