In the chooser when I click AppleShare I can see the other 2 Macs, when I click on LaserWriter 8 there is nothing. I thought I needed some kind of an HP laser driver for it to see the printer.

I don't know if this is the right email group for this question - if not please direct me to the correct one.

I have a PB 150 running OS 7.5 and I have connected it to my DSL network with an Asante SCSI-Ethernet adaptor. I want to be able to print to my Laserjet 4000 on the network but the driver from HP requires OS 8 which my PB150 can't handle. Any suggestions on a driver which I can use that will allow me to access the printer. Thanks.

You should be able to just use apple's laserwriter, may not give you all the bells and whistles, but it should let you print
