You need an anti-virus to stop the crawlies from coming in with your groceries (email, downloads, etc). There's only cockroach around for OS X currently. But that's today. Tommorow is coming. .Mac includes Virex, I think. Other options are Norton and Sophos, etc...

There's only [one] cockroach around for OS X currently. A lame trojan - an app hiding behind a pasted icon, something that could have been done two decades ago.
