Brad,

Not sure if anyone addressed this issue but are you sure the router is 
connecting to the Internet? Did you properly configure the PPPoE on the 
Linksys? On 
the Linksys there is a Status tab that let's you know if it's connected or 
not. Are you using any other computers on the router that successfully get out?

Hey Joe thank you for your response to my query. I happen to have a windows 
PC running windows2000 connected to the router and a Beige G3 running OS 10.2.6 
with 512mb of ram which has no problem connecting via PPPoE. The Pwrbk gets 
an IP address, but it can't connect to any web page. It has no set up for PPPoE 
in the TCP/IP control panel in OS 9.1. I'm at my wits end here. Perhaps I'll 
have to try a wireless access point because I've had the Pwrbk connect to the 
web via wireless card.
