I didn't say that libc++ doesn't work – I didn't try that at all (I'm not even sure I know how to do it; maybe I could create a new macports installation with instructions posted by Jeremy a while ago). I just said that using clang-3.4 doesn't help as that doesn't support all c++11 features needed by cling.
