I went to www.icloud.com and logged in as myself as you can set up global rules so that it doesn't matter if you use an I phone, or Mac mini to get your mail. You have to interact with the mail frame once you choose to find 'the get mail button' and there where it says more actions, you hit that and you will find out how to get to the messaging rules.
I don't have time at the moment to write full instructions but when I do, will post to this list. My rules are flawless and have had no problems. If anyone else has the instructions, they are welcome to write them. Kawal.
