Hi petrus, There is a lets say tab for book marking the page your on,
The page or book is in the next tab to the right if you swipe right. It should be headed at the title as what is new in ios 13. If you use your Table of contents to find the page wanting, and select that, Then go back to the t ab with the document in it and so long as it is on the correct page you should be able to swipe 2 fingers down the screen to get voiceover reading the book out from that point and it should keep continuously read it.
