Hi ET, When you open text editor, it defaults to showing a list of recently opened files. But at the bottom of the screen, there are two buttons, recents, which is selected, and Browse. If you tap browse, you can browse and open files in iCloud drive.
In Voice Dream Writer, the easiest way is by opening the File Manager. All your recently opened files will show up there. (Note that you will want to enable iCloud syncing.) Alternatively, you can select Add Document, which is at the top left of the screen, right next to the File Manager button.. Then select Import from External Location. Then you'll have a choice between Recents, and Browse. If you Select Browse, and iCloud is enabled, that will be one of your options.
