Hi Donna,

I, too, have the Nest thermostat, and yes, the app is pretty straight forward. 
Like you, I particularly like the fact that wherever I am in the house I can 
adjust the temperature as needed. My only complaint so far is that I can’t use 
the schedule feature, but have to keep adjusting the temperature for days until 
the thermostat learns what I want it to do. When you used the app, did you ever 
try working the schedule? I also do have the Google app, but haven’t looked 
into using that one with my thermostat. I’ll take any ideas or suggestions.
