We have a gas furnace with bassboard heating and electric central air. Our current thermostat has a physical switch that let's you choose heat, cool, or off. Does the Nest have this sort of switch or is it in the app? (I haven't actually got to touch the Nest and I'll be buying it on amazon so thought I'd ask.)
