Brennen,
First tip is to not jump in right away thinking you will get a MAC/Win computer
set up out of the box. It’s not trivial to have two operating systems on the
same machine.
Get the Mac, and spend several months learning how to use it. Tutorials are
available on Applevis to help getting started, and I suggest you start
reading/linstening to them even before you get that Mac.
If your experience so far is with Windows, you wil have a learning curve to
work through because Voiceover does not work exactly like NVDA or JAWS.
