I don't use a braille display. Also, the only instance where I need to refer to 
the screen reader while monitoring audio is when taking levels. At that point, 
I'm not really monitoring for sound, per se, just for signal so I simply dim 
the monitors, read the levels as necessary and then turn up the monitors again.
