Hi Kristin, I think we're basically on the same page, except that I'll keep my MBP as my main computer. I occasionally watch some of our movies from DVD on my MacBook, so I prefer having the DVD drive built-in. Again, not sure what I'm going to do, but I'm starting to feel like I have enough need to justify the purchase of an Air (of course, this is probably a juicy rationalization). lol Cheers, Donna
