I think pricing is one small difference.
Tech News Today talked about these services a few weeks back, but of
course they were not concerned with usability from the blind user
perspective.
I use DropBox exclusively, and most heavily on the windows side, and
find it suits my needs.
Interesting question, though. It would help to know what other viable
options exist.

With the end of iDisk, Apple's cloud storage system that came into
being during the Mobile Me era, slated for June 30, 2012, I've been
searching for another cloud storage system that works equally well
with iOS devices, Macs, and Windows PCs.
I am delighted to report that Microsoft's SkyDrive is now completely
VoiceOver accessible and allows access to the SkyDrive directly from
Finder in OS X and from Explorer in Windows 7. The iOS app is

Microsoft SkyDrive offers 7GB of free storage space, 2GB more than
does Apple's iCloud.
To those who may not know, iCloud, in its current implementation, does

iCloud, unlike iDisk, is not meant to be used as a remote hard drive
to which you may place any kind of file.
To get SkyDrive on the computer platform of your choice, you will need
to download a free Microsoft utility that simply configures your
chosen system to see SkyDrive; it does not add any overhead to your
device unlike other free cloud storage options.
To get started, visit the app store on your iOS device and type in
SkyDrive or, from your favorite web browser in the OS of your choice,
go to http://skydrive.live.com
If you don't already have a Windows ID, you will need to create one.
