having items in a wherehouse for 5 years?> thats a waste of public funds, not 
to mention a potential pollution hazard. I don't think there would be much 
aftermarket support for such machines. In fact, the entities that stockpiled 
all this equipment and never disbursed it to the clients should be prosecuted 
under federal laws for fraud, malfeasance, criminal withholding and a bunch of 
other appropriate charges. This smacks of the kind of government waste that is 
breaking our nation and making us the laughing stock of the rest of the world.
