admittedly a lot of suits are ridiculous on their face, but some are quite 
serious. we have the unfortunate circumstance to be in a time where the people 
are interested only in themselves and try to vote for more "bread and 
circuses". This is the time when any state/empire starts failing. 
Unfortunately, the politicians here are clueless and would rather feather their 
own nests than act in the best interests of the country. 

In the case of blind people who honestly need services just to become 
employable, this situation can be very difficult to contend with. Here we have 
all this new technology and it works, but the states insist that we use stuff 
that either costs more to deliver or is not as accessible. so, here you go. we 
are stuck either having to sue or just laying down and taking it.
