you have installed an app from the -testing repository.
you are therefore signing up to be a tester.

i dont expect normal apps to have this procedure.
it is merely a way to expedite feedback

yeah - crash feedback mechanism currently has similar
even windows server has this sort of thing if you try and reboot!
