Yes, it's not just you and Mark. There have been several threads on this recently, naming one or more of Verizon, Yahoo!, or AOL as the problematic destination, all of which are under one management now. The combined entity is just not very good at this. This [TSS04] Messages from <IP address> temporarily deferred due to unexpected volume or user complaints - 4.16.55.1 is just bad faith or symptomatic of extreme incompetence. "Unexpected volume" and "user complaints" are very different issues.
