The name Codex Ingolstadiensis is rarely used in modern works involving the Geographia.

Here is my dilemma; on Internet is mentioned just once in reference with Ptolemy; in Schmidt's review on Muller’s work done in “Philologische Wochenschrift”, 3 Jahrgang, 10. November, 1883, No. 45, p. 1414 [unfortunately, again google books is restricting me!].
