I experimented with TransCAD 4.0 (and it will be the same in Maptitude
4.5), and it trapped the error when I removed the following projection
parameters:
PROJECTION STATEPLANE
MAPUNITS METERS
DATUM NAD83
ST_PROJ_CODE 2001
You will need to add the right ones for the Albers Conical Equal Area
projection.
