I've noticed that the routing toolbox is sometimes not available (greyed
out) for a particular window
There seems to be little sense for when it chooses to be greyed out. I was
routing on sample1 window, and now I can't. Before, I could route on
sample2, but not on sample1. Hmmm...
Of course, now I can't route on either....
This is entirely a mystery to me.
