when my boss was an intern at a tax office near here they gave him the task
of drawing tax maps (which they didn't have before). he said he didn't know
what to do when he found plats for four different property owners that all
claimed the same property. they told him to just "average it out".
i'm looking forward to looking up the plats for the properties that are
around me. i think there is some property between me and a neighbor that
really is "between".
