Maptitude - http://research.umbc.edu/~roswell/maptitude.html
Peter:
I believe that Louis' point is valid. While Maptitude
is trying to help by using the total aggregation as
a fair representation of the data, this does not
help the user on a more finite basis.
Perhaps there should be some basic dot density
theme which reflects the actual data value of each
individual area and not the total.
This will be a continual problem for our business. Can
you recommend any other solution. We really need
to use an actual dot density theme since based on
indiviudal values. We are using additional themes to
represent other data.
Anyone else had problem with this situation.
