Hi,
I have had mixed success with DAS: it works with an
Exportable/Importable pair with type 'dasGene' but fails for a pair with
type 'dasRegionFeature'. I get this sort of message in the web browser
when requesting
e.g./biomart/das/default__btaurus__dasRegionFeature/features?segment=27:1,10000000:
Attribute 'chrStart' not found in dataset default.btaurus
Well, there IS an attribute of that name (in btaurus_template) ... how
do I find out what's going wrong???
