Hi Mathew, 
I have reviewed the implementation and I dont see any rigid hard-coded
names. Its probably not the case. what i can imagine going wrong could
potentially be your column names in table incorrectly named in XML's
attribute's key (field).
I can have a  look at your XMLs again if you please send me the latest
ones which work.
