For instance I can say what Marxism (scientific socialism) and the Marxist movement is to its founders. Eugenics is not a theory of human development or a theory of human health but rather, an ideology. If eugenics is a theory please provide the information. Please provide any information that shows the historic eugenics movement in America has championed individual health, rather than extermination of the surplus population in America.
