Chinese Communist Party understands capitalism better than the imperialist bourgeoisie because they have a scientific knowledge of it from learning _Capital_ . Thus , Chinese Party regulated capitalism has not had a crisis of overproduction / repressed consumption yet . China does not have anarchy of production, NOR ANARCHIC response to the pandemic.
