And there you have one of the big reasons Marxists in America will always be 
facing an uphill struggle when trying to instill a sense of class conciousness 
in the working class. For the last 150 odd years or so even the poorest, most 
disenfranchized Americans have been fed a fairy story about how capitalism 
works, that someone does not become the top dog starting with nothing. A 
business that ends up at the top of the heap usually starts with a big infusion 
of familiy money.
