But I would say what you wouls expect me to Michael:

Namely that no less than Khrushchev, Putin is not a reliable historical source.
We'll soon find a new display of his twisting of facts-history for his benefit 
I fear.

I rather fear the new individual terror attack (apparently by ISIS) will be 
used to launch a renewed assault upon Ukraine.
If it is true that the US had warned Russian government of an impending attack 
at a concert hall, it has to be considered whether 'they let it happen'. Shades 
of....  Netanyahu. And of course.. of Putin himself in 1999.
