I read Jack Ross's biography of Elber Berger a couple of years ago. Rabbi Outcast: Elmer Berger and American Jewish Anti-Zionism. The anti-Zionist organization that he had founded, American Jewish Alternatives to Zionism, has not survived but the organization that Berger had been affiliated with earlier, the American Council for Judaism still exists.
