OK... it looks like you are sending mail from your Windows box through a
mailer daemon on your firewall and then to your ISP.  Is this the case?
This confuses things since it's hard to know if the problem is with MASQ,
mailer settings, or your ISP settings.

The first rule of debugging, eliminate anything that may confuse the issue.
Make the simplest possible tests, and then move to the more complex once
those work properly.

For a good test, have your email settings on the windows client set the same
as if you were running a direct Windows dialup connection.  (do not connect
to the firewall machine, connect directly to your ISP's smtp server.)

If that works, then you can work on your mailer daemon configuration.  If it
doesn't work, we've eliminated one more variable.

(I did download and install the latest version of oidentd and here the
oident.users file must list each machine separately, address masks are not
working.  But listing each ip separately does work.)
