Yeah, I thought however to push, for a while, say some weeks to both 
github and sourceforge. So I have to setup the default README file accordingly.

Excellent idea. However, I do have write access. Can you generate a 
repository, named matlab-emacs
and make yourself, Eric and me administrators?
