This was a card supplied by Asante to Umax so I'm not completely sure 
of the card specific part #.  Apparently Asante created part #s for 
OEMs but everything I've found out about the card say it is a 10 Mbit 
PCI w/ 10BaseT/AAUI ports.  The support site lists 99-00296 as the 
card and the MacOS drivers for that model work.  The docs fit, as 
well.  So 99-00296 would be a workable part #.
