Yeah, but probably because I wasn't running X on it.
As you know, CLI doesn't need a lot of resources to
feel snappy.

Just a typical user for now. I don't put guest in sudoers
or anything like that, obviously. Like I said, those systems
don't have direct net access (they go through the G3's NAT)
so I don't worry about people telnet'ing/ssh'ing in. I
suppose I could set 'em up with a restricted shell or
somesuch, but I'd have to bone up on what needs to be
done first.

The G3 doesn't have a guest login, just the laptop & a 486
for now. I may set up a guest account on the iMac & make
sure remote logins are turned off or firewalled, but again
I need to bone up on that stuff. I learn what I need as I
go.
