Personally, I just wish I could get YDL installed on my 7500, period. I've got a 7500, 128mb RAM, G3/350 upgrade, internal 4gb and 1gb disks, USB, Voodoo3, and 8139 ethernet cards. I gave up trying to insall with the Voodoo3 as the main video adapter as the installer always wanted to use the internal video. That, however, does little to help as the installer kernel dies quickly with a "kernel access of bad area". Anybody have any idea what that one means? <<<john>>> -- MaX-list is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and... / Buy books, CDs, videos, and more from Amazon.com \ / <http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/redirect-home/lowendmac> \ Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> MaX-list info: <http://lowendmac.com/linux/max.shtml> Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/max-list%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Macintosh?
