One, I wouldn't say X forwarding with ssh to your home
box is measurably more insecure that ssh-ing into your
box w/o out X forwarding. ie, how is it worse to ssh
-X into your box at home and run
{firefox|galeon|opera|etc} versus ssh your box at home
and run links? As far as port forwarding, I/we made
no such recommendation.
Second, I would say clearly you are the one who needs
to relax. SMD indeed.
