Absolutely, and we do. But I also want to make sure that what we offer people financially is in line with what other non-profits offer, and that it bears some reasonable relationship to for-profit salary. I want to defend paying as much as I can, within the limits of what this organization can sustain. (I also want to push this organization to find ways to sustain better wages, but that's a larger fight.) Thanks, ari
