That does not nake it a fresh new group. Your download history record remains.
You are given no choice but to download all new posts. The requester
is not referring to that group, or any other that has ever had posts
which you downloaded.
Either you have at least one group which has never had anything posted
since you subscribed, or you keep adding new ones.
