Yep.... me.... My MDX-C7900R has the same problem and that after only 9 months
of usage... Problem? Probably dirty contacts... So some contact spray could
maybe help. Anyway, I think I go back with the face plate to where I bought the
deck. I've got the extended two years warranty on it..
However it doesn't bother me that much since I use the satellite to control the
unit.
