I had a bit of a similar problem a while back, but i was told by the manager
(by threatening to go to corp) that they would special order the merchandise
that i liked,  complain all the way to the top and make sure you get whoever
you talk to, thier direct bosses name and how you can contact them before
you even start to talk so that they know you mean business.  Hope this
