I have this system at home (but I bought it from Mercata a couple of months
ago...). It's a really easy to learn system (My wife use it and learn it
very easily; easier for her than our VCR !). For the price, I think it worth
it !

Some machines do just about everything, but the compact systems category is
not where you'd generally look for something fitting that description.
However, Sharp's MDC2 is the shelf system jack of all trades.
Armed with CD, MD and tape players, this unit will let you rock to (or make
mixes from) everything but the kitchen sink. If that weren't enough, the
dual cassette deck incorporates full-logic controls, and both the CD player
and the MD player are three-disc changers. The disc changer can be
programmed for a 32-track sequence, while the MD player will allow up to 20
program selections. The full-function MD player features all the editing
commands you expect from MiniDisc, including divide, combine, erase, move
and title.
A 50-watt-per-channel stereo amplifier powers the two three-way, 6-ohm
speakers. A five-mode pre-programmed equalizer lets you customize your sound
according to the music you're playing. Removable speaker grilles let you
choose between seeing or not seeing the speaker cones and a full function
remote saves you the hassle of getting up to change the radio station.
If MD playback isn't essential, but the three-disc CD player makes your
