If your player supports automatic track marking (my R900 does) then just set 
it to stick a track every five minutes or something.  Other than that I 
usually just add my own track marks when I listen to my recording later.  
Not hard to hit a button whenever the song changes, it's just a pain in the 
ass to do it while recording. :)
