'stroker' is the affectionate term given to an engine that has
had it's stroke length increased
the most common way is by putting a bigger crank from a bigger
engine
but I believe you can also achieve a longer stroke using
custom length con rods
(not sure about that last comment, tis just something I heard
on the grapevine, I've always done it using bigger crank and rods)
